The hotel is great. It is in a brilliant location next to Taipei 101 and a metro station and in a really lively spot when you walk out in the evening. The lobby is visually stunning! The rooms are a decent size and very comfortable to spend time in, and the bathroom is a decent size and well stocked. The facilities are great - we mainly used the gym, but the pool was lovely and the spa looked great if only we had had the time! Breakfast was great. The staff we encountered were all lovely. My husband requires gluten free food and the hotel had plenty available. Plus the bar (which was very nice) served corona beer which he can drink, so that made the end of the day a very pleasant experience too.

Location, location, location. It's right across street from Taipei 101, which has shopping and restaurants galore. I was given a corner King size unit with seperate sitting area and Taipei 101 view. It's very spacious. The breakfast and dinners were both excellent. The most important thing is that due to its international clientele, it has an ATM connected with PLUS system so I could withdraw local currency with my US debit card. The staff was courtious. I left my debit card inside the ATM one day. They called the bank that owns the ATM and I got my card back by day-end.

Elsa's professionalism and dedication are a credit to the hotel, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

They assisted me in getting a taxi and communicated with the driver to ensure I was headed to the right destination. Overall, I had pleasant experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

One day, we saw one lady right before us in the que for a long time. Her teenager son and daughter joined her, and then a whole other family of four, and finally her husband showed up right before the entrance counter.
